The Process Fiber Preparation
The baled fibers are checked against grading and inspected in respect to stripping quality, cleanliness, moisture content, weight and source. To further ensure that the fibers conform to the desired pulp quality, the sample of are taken from time to time to simulate the pulping process. The mill has established records of typical pulp characteristics of different grades of fiber produced from different district and will continue to conduct such tests as and when required in the laboratory to determine the pulp characteristics. |
